the burger here was outstanding. i never been to a shake shack before but will seek them out in the future. in my opinion, much better than In and Out burgers. But I also heard from the concierge (from my hotel) that this location is better than others. So, i will locate other Shake Shack locations and experience them myself. But this place served a very very good burger.

I really like the food and shakes. I also like the ordering kiosks. Service is better than it has been but they still forget stuff, like we ordered a bacon burger and they didn't put bacon on it...

I loved the Usinger's Jalapeño Cheesy Brat and the triple Chocolate Brownie Shake. The atmosphere was airy and comfortable. The gal taking our order was nice. Two places they could improve on is the condiment bar. All three ketchup containers were empty. Fries just aren't the same without them. Also water cups are very small.

I've looked down on the Shake Shack chain previously, only due to visits to their insanely busy Michigan Ave. (Chicago) location, but this location has changed my mind! Good service, consistently good burgers, fries, shakes, and a pleasant atmosphere, I'm a fan of dining in at this Shake Shack! My go to is the SmokeShack burger w peppers, and don't forget the Shake of the Month- Treat Yo' Self!

Shake shack is overall great! The food came quickly and seems like good quality. I got a hot chicken sandwich and added lettuce, tomato, and pickles which I would highly recommend! It was spicy but had actual flavor as opposed to just being spicy. The fries were fresh and crispy. I love their cheese sauce but prefer it on the side so the fries don't get soggy. I do think for more of a fast food vibe the price is a bit higher than expected but the service is great and they do bring your food to your table which is nice.

I've had Shake Shack a couple times in my life and they've all been great, tonight was no exception. The food is consistently fresh and great quality. The only thing is that this location seems to be primarily UberEats, etc. pick up orders and the few of us who walked in for a burger to-go were waiting about 20 minutes. The team was definitely working hard and they had a good organizational system, they were just slammed with carry out orders it seemed. Not a huge deal to wait but something to note if you're on a time crunch like I was tonight. Everyone was friendly and the food came out piping hot. I'll definitely remember shake shack when I'm in the mood for a burger.
